Northern Ireland Screen and the UK Film Council New Cinema Fund are pleased to announce the twelve projects and film makers for Digital Shorts 2009.10. The Scheme will be executively produced by Villi Ragnarsson of Red Ray Films.

These twelve projects will now go into development. Four projects will be selected for production in early 2010. Each film will be up to ten minutes in duration with a budget ranging between £7,000 and £15,000. Final delivery will take place in August 2010.
