RIP AND THE PREACHER SELECTED FOR ASPEN SHORTSFEST

RIP AND THE PREACHER, produced through the Digital Shorts Programme in 2008 has been selected to screen in competition at the Aspen Shortsfest which runs from 1 April to 5 April 2009.

Aspen Shortsfest is widely recognized as one of the premier short film and video festivals in North America. Aspen Shortsfest's International Competition includes approximately sixty short films and videos, many of them premieres.

RIP AND THE PREACHER tells the story of when a street preacher is challenged to put his faith in god to the ultimate test by an angry young atheist.

The film is written by Mark Jordan, directed by Michael Lennox and produced by Villi Ragnarsson. The film stars Gerry McSorley, Jonathan Harden and Paul Kennedy.
